Who we are

MathWithFaheem is a private Maths tuition service for Secondary 3 and 4 E Math and A Math students, run by Faheem. Contact: admin@mathwithfaheem.com.

What we collect

When you submit the enquiry or group waitlist form we collect the name you enter, your WhatsApp number or email, the student’s level and subject, and any message you choose to write. We also store a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your connection’s IP address, used only to limit spam. We do not store the readable IP address.

Why we collect it

Only to reply to your enquiry, discuss lessons, and manage the group class waitlist. We do not sell your details or use them for advertising.

Where it goes

Enquiries are saved in a secured database and may be forwarded to our business mailbox (admin@mathwithfaheem.com), which is provided by Hostinger. Our website host and database provider process the data on our behalf. If you contact us by WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own privacy terms apply to that conversation.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond and, if you become a student, to run lessons. Enquiries that do not proceed are deleted within a reasonable period.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details you gave us at any time by emailing admin@mathwithfaheem.com. We handle personal data with reference to Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Students’ information

Parents and guardians should submit enquiries for younger students. Please share only what is needed to arrange lessons.
